Hana Mobile

I've followed the instructions for connecting my ipad to my PC but get the message "connection refused 99.64.232.228:3389". I then enabled the wifi on the same ipad and now get the grey screen with the disconnected & reconnect buttons. The Log on to windows screen comes up but my password never works.

I utilized the Hanna Mobile port checker and it appears that port 3389 is closed. What should I do next?

Remove the password in the app, then you should see the Windows login screen. Login from there to make sure it works. then input the password back in the app.
