double tap and hold does not drag windows

Postby Sturatt » Thu Nov 03, 2011 7:44 am

I bought the full version of your iRemoteDesktop app last night. My only problem is that when i double tap and hold down on the second tap and move my finger, it does not drag windows around. It moves the cursor with my finger, but the left mouse button is not pressed down, so it does not grab anything.

I can move objects by opening the trackpad and holding the left mouse button there, but I would prefer to be able to double tap and hold to drag things. I am running on an iPad 2 with iOS 5.

Double tap and hold/move on the second tap, it should work but tricky, need a bit practice. That's why we also support dragging through trackpad.

I understand what you are saying but it doesn't work. When I double tap and hold/move on the second tap, it moves the mouse, but it doesn't drag anything

It's a tricky operation. We suggest you to use the virtual mouse pad instead.
