I have several computers that I use RDesktop to connect to. Is there a way to alphabetize the list of servers, so that it's easier to find a specific computer?

Yes. Press "Edit" button at the app's home screen, then you can re-arrange items by dragging the "three-line-icon' on the right of each row, just like any iPhone apps.
