cannot connect

I have followed your instructions exactly - three times. Whenever I invoke the app (my mac) and enter the password that I set up according to the instructions, I am faced with a blank page except for the request (upgrade to pro) with some kind of advertisement below.

Are there restrictions on the password? I used an 8 alpha/numeric password.

It sounds you set up the wrong password in the app. You seems used the "startup' password. You should tap the add button in the app, (on the top corner), and add a new server entry (see instructions), then tap the entry to connect.
