I'm getting the "Connection Failure Authentication failed. Make sure the password is correct" error with no luck. Is there a person I can talk to? Is this something that will only be fixed if I purchase the full app?

I've tried all the recommendations, changed my password, and deleted the server and started over again. Can I please speak to a person? Is there a number I can call, please?
